Absentee Owner Maintenance

At Summit View Management LLC we understand that there will be larger maintenance items outside of cleaning that will need to be taken care of for your property and we will coordinate and facilitate these services for you.  The most common items are:

1.  Plumbing problems
2.  Electrical problems
3.  Hot tub service
4.  Home improvement projects (new roof, etc.)

We have multiple contacts including references for all of these services.  The Owner Managment Plan (OMP) will outline exact details on how you want us to react to maintenance issues as they arise and allow you to choose your providers/contractors if you so wish.
