The second floor of this comfortable mountain property has a spacious living/dining area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights give the living room a bright, open feel. After a hard day on the slopes, relax next to a nice roaring fire in the new fire place! It is a great experience.

FULLY REMODELED kitchen!! Eat at the dining table that seats 6. The deck off the second level contains outdoor seating for those sunny winter days, a gas grill, along with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. There is a TV, VCR, DVD & Stereo in the main living room as well as a TV in the main bedroom.

Walk the few minutes to the base of Peak 9 to start your day of skiing and/or riding. After a great day of skiing/riding, revive yourself in the outdoor or indoor hotubs and outdoor pool, minutes from your door.

If you prefer not to cook while on vacation, you can walk to all the café’s, restaurants and bars that are in the town of Breckenridge.
