Contracts / On-Line Payment Processing
When we are contacted from by customers we answer all their questions, and after reviewing the on-line availability calendar we prepare a contract (mini lease) for their requested time period. Each property owner reviews and approves their contract and it can be modified to accommodate owner's preferences at any time.
The contract is e-mailed or faxed to the customer (per their request) and they sign the contract and send it back. At this point the customer is directed to process their payment through our on-line payment system with a credit card. We receive instant notice that their money has been processed into our account and they are confirmed.
