Owner Management PlanWhen you sign on with Summit View Managment LLC the first thing we will do is sit down and talk about how you want your property managed. We will review everything from guests checking in to how you would like us to handle and communicate problems back to you. We have a detailed document call the Ownership Managgement Plan (OMP) which is customized for each property owner. The document is a living document and can be changed whenever requested by the owner . Please give me a call and I am happy to review a real OMP with you.
