This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath secluded 2,400 sq ft., 2 story mountain home getaway is located on 0.7 acres. The beautiful home is located just 5 minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge.  There is a free shuttle stop  at the Crown entrance on 9, which is a short walk up/down the hill from the house.

This private mountain home sleeps up to 8 adults/children comfortably in the 3 bedrooms.  The master suite has a Tempur-Pedic king mattress. The master bathroom includes a separate bath and steam shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a Tempur-pedic queen mattress.  The upstairs guest bathroom has a full bath/shower . The spacious downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a queen bed. The downstairs bathroom includes a stand up shower. There is also a large capacity washer and dryer downstairs.

Prepare to pamper yourself after a hard day’s play by relaxing under the stars in the Colorado wilderness at 10,000’ in a 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub or by using the steam shower feature in the master bath for a personal sauna.

The spacious kitchen and dining room area is set up for entertaining family and friends with an island bar in the center of the kitchen. There is a beautiful wood dining room table that comfortably seats 8 adults.  The owner loves to cook and entertain, so the kitchen is set up so that guests have the versatility to prepare a variety of meals and deserts with ease. There is plenty of dinnerware for everyday use and there is also a set of fine heirloom wedding dishes for special occasions.

The garage has tools for tuning/waxing their boards.

Guests will have access to at least 1 space in the detached garage for their vehicle. If the owner’s vehicle is not in the garage, there is room for 2 vehicles.
There is room in front of the porch for 2 cars.  Please do not park on the street.


The drive to the house takes you up a short hill that is moderately steep.  4WD vehicle highly recommended during snow season, otherwise chains on a 2WD vehicle could be necessary when a winter storm hits.  Streets are actively and frequently cleared by plowing.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel with a full refund 60 days prior to the vacation. Once you are inside of 60 days there is no guarantee for a refund. Summit View Management will try to re-book the property and if we do we will apply a refund up to the new booking but not more than your original booking.
